Our Services are designed to benefit you, the customer. This is
why we have developed our own in-house quality control system,
which involves meticulous checking procedures to ensure we produce
translations of the highest quality. Every translator is asked to
complete a quality control inspection report on completion of each
job and then the in-house reviser checks the final translation
before it is sent to the customer.
Like the EU Commission Translation Service and the European
Parliament, we use localization, one of the most effective
techniques of computer assisted translation for producing
technically accurate translations with the essential human element.
Localization is invaluable for translating text such as technical
manuals, where clear, accurate and consistent use of terminology is
the main consideration.
We also use all the most up to date software and hardware, so if
you need a translation on a specific programme we will do our
utmost to accommodate your needs. We can cope with texts of any
length and are able to receive compressed files on our electronic
messaging system. Most recently we set up a computerized database
of translators, so that we can check their availability and other
details at a moment's notice.
All incoming documentation is treated as confidential and is given
a special number to ensure that all future requests for
translations from a given company are allocated to the same
translator. This way, consistency of style and language is
maintained. In addition, all of our specially selected translators
use computer systems which are compatible with ours.
Finally, we also have at our disposal a series of glossaries for
specialized subjects, which we have compiled over the years. They
represent an essential tool of reference and are constantly
updated. We pride ourselves in being very flexible and are able to
both send and receive information via fax, post and e-mail. to own
in-house style.
